What’s in rotation? Skincare Edition

As you might have noticed, I gave up the beauty blogger life a few months back. Not because I don’t adore the beauty industry, but if you’re not enjoying something, don’t do it! All of that aside, I still want to occasionally share what I’m loving in the beauty world. I’ve found a skincare routine that is really working for me, and I’m ready to share!

Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser

It really takes a lot for me to get excited by a cleanser, I won’t lie to you. Ever since L’Oreal got rid of that one peachy colored cleanser, I was pretty much lost. About two years ago, I decided to give into the Glossier hype, and I tried the Milky Jelly Cleanser. My initial concern was that it might be too gentle for my skin. I like a good exfoliant, and my skin does too. This cleanser has been the only cleanser I’ve used since I purchased it, and I even have turned my family members onto it. It is incredibly gentle but really gets my skin clean.

Bliss Rose Gold Rescue Toner Mist

For years I used witch hazel as a toner. I still use witch hazel to this day, because it really treats my breakouts better than anything else! Bliss sent me their Rose Gold Rescue Toner Mist a little while back, and it has become a staple in my routine. It contains rose which I find to be incredibly calming on my skin, and this has the perfect mist!

All of the Summer Fridays

Ever since I first used the Jet Lag Mask back in the day, I have been a huge supporter of the Summer Fridays brand. My skin loves all of their different masks, and the Jet Lag Mask is even a staple in my travel skincare routine. If I feel like my skin needs a bit of an exfoliating treatment, I’ll use the Overtime mask. Lastly, the new R+R mask has been one of my top products of the year so far! If you’re a rose lover like I am, then this is a MUST HAVE.

Tatcha The Water Cream

If you have followed my blogging experience over the past few years, then you’re probably sick of me harping on about Tatcha’s Water Cream. I’ve tried so many moisturizers over the past few years, and nothing compares! It provides extreme hydration, but it doesn’t break out your skin. If you’re wondering, my skin breaks out if I look at it the wrong way! I’m on my sixth tub of it right now, and I think the loyalty speaks for itself.

Extra skincare tidbits….

I’m not sure I could make it through a blog post without some honorable mentions. The Ordinary makes some amazing products, and they are insanely affordable. Almost to the point where I don’t understand how they make such amazing products. “Buffet” has been a staple in my collection for over a year, and I can tell a difference in my skin when I don’t use it. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask is another product that I love. Whenever my skin needs some intense hydation, it is one of the first masks I grab!
