  1. I absolutely love this! I have had it saved and been meaning to read it. I was finally able to today! I love how you describe the relationship change with food. That is exactly what it did for me! I began my journey with intermittent fasting in Oct of 2019. I was initially terrified of it, but now it’s an easy routine. I assist my clients daily with it as well. I.F. has made a HUGE impact on my wellness journey. Thank you for sharing your experience.
