Fall can be pretty hard on our bodies, especially our hair. The wind picks up, the weather gets colder, and for some reason everything gets dryer! I think most of us switch our hair routine for fall. Here is everything that I’m using to keep my hair healthy this fall!
Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo
From all of the products I use, there I some serious buildup that happens. The Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo helps to not only reinvigorate my hair, but also to keep it feeling fresh and free from debris. If you’ve never used it, I highly recommend trying it out. It actually makes your scalp tingle which honestly just feels amazing.
Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Mask
Since I have pretty dry hair, I typically skip traditional conditioners and head straight into a deep conditioning mask. In my permanent hunt for a great mask, and I think I found one! The Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair not only smells like heaven, but it leaves my hair feeling smooth and defrizzed. It’s so good that I’ve already picked up a back up! This product has made such a difference in keeping my hair healthy this fall.
Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil
Would I be a millennial if I didn’t include something from Olaplex?! I love everything from the brand, and I have had great results with it. The Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil has been a lifesaver. I started using it back on my trip to Italy, and it has carried over into my healthy hair routine for fall. It is a light product that you can apply to your hair, and it has a delicate scent as well. I’ve noticed way less frizz and flyaways when I use this product.
Ouai Memory Mist
I’m such a fan of products that have multiple purposes. The Ouai Memory Mist is one of the best products I’ve tried in years. not only does it act as a heat protectant, but it also really helps to maintain the style that I use. I just spray it on before styling my hair, and it is as easy as that. I’ve noticed my curls and waves lasting a lot longer than they usually do!
