Spring as officially arrived, and while I am not ready for warm weather, I am ready to wear all of the trends I have been obsessed with! There are so many spring trends that are not only wearable but are actually comfy and cute as well! Here are the five that I plan on wearing!
I always love a good heel, but I definitely don’t have the skills necessary to always wear them. Low heels are top of my list of spring trends because they are easier to find in stores, come in a variety of styles and colors, and are actually a comfortable option.
I love to pair low heels with midi skirts, straight leg jeans, and peasant-style dresses!
This trend took me a while to get into, not gonna lie! I am a pretty casual person, so I didn’t see how satin could fit into my occasional target runs and addiction to eating pasta. Satin midi skirts have been something that I felt comfortable wearing for a while, but tops were a different story. I picked up a satin bodysuit from Missguided to try the trend, and it is not only comfortable but also easy to add to a casual wardrobe.
Try styling your satin with your favorite jeans, graphic tees, or go all out with a great satin dress!
Wow, hi, behind the times again! I really disliked the idea of a romantic top when I was browsing the newest spring trends. I really enjoy comfort, and I didn’t think that a top like this would give me the movement that I like. Romantic tops are perfect if you are looking to make your outfit look chicer, or if you want to look like you put in just a little more effort. You can also have them fitted for a sexier look, or they can be loose and flowy as well!
Pairing a structured top with jeans or a great pair of leather pants is my favorite way to wear this trend!
Every year pastels become part of the biggest spring trends, and every year I try and avoid them. This year I have decided to finally give in, and I’ve been loving it! The purples, greens, blues, and yellows that are all over the stores can really make a statement and are perfect for this time of year.
Try a monochrome pastel outfit for a bold statement, or pair a pastel shoe with your favorite casual outfit for a pop of color!
The older I have gotten, the more I am addicted to wearing neutrals. It is easy to make a capsule wardrobe if you have neutral tones since everything can go together. The good thing about spring is that it is full of neutrals, and the actual color varieties are always increasing. Spring is a great time to pick up light-colored neutrals that you can wear all year round.
